The Kiln is the perfect alternative.
Coworking has been growing massively in the last decade or so all around the world, due to the community support, flexibility, and affordability it allows.
We didn’t see anything like this happening in Worcester, so we started researching coworking spaces around the country, and planning how we could bring this to our city.
Humble Beginnings
The Kiln Coworking CIC is not for profit, which means we put the money we make back into making The Kiln better for our community.
We started off as a community and have always listened to what you want which has helped us make most of the important decisions on our journey so far.
We have designed our space to be as flexible as possible and will continue to listen to our members and evolve and grow with you.

We’ve been members of the Kiln for almost 6 years.
The facilities are great and the management team are excellent. We use the Kiln for hot-desking, as well as meetings with suppliers and customers.
There is a nice mix of people and companies using the Kiln, with plenty of opportunities to network and establish new business contacts. Over the years, we have had other businesses at the kiln help us with graphic design and copyrighting, as well as marketing experts providing help with Social Media strategies.
The city centre location is ideal, especially as one of our team uses public transport. Also, being close to the river makes it ideal for a lunchtime walk with my dog (who loves her visits to the Kiln!).
