Monday to Friday – 7am until 1am
Weekends – 7am until 8pm
Drop-in (Non-Member) access
Monday to Friday – 8.30am until 5pm
Our reception is manned between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Is there on-site parking available?
We unfortunately don’t have on-site parking. The closest options are Copenhagen Street Car park or St Martins Gate.
We are also a short walk away from Foregate Street station and the Bus station.
Do I need to book a desk in advance, or can i just show up?
You don’t need to book in advance, just ring the doorbell when you arrive!

Do you host community events or networking sessions?
Yes we do. We host monthly member networking and social events designed to help you find new friends, new connections or even a future business partner.
Is the space dog friendly?
Yes, our space is dog friendly! We have a room set up with a dog bed and water bowl to make both of your work days as easy as we can.
Can I book a meeting room if I'm not a member?
Yes, you don’t have to be a member to use our meeting rooms! Just email hello@thekiln.co to get booked in
How does member access work?
All members have an app on their phone, allowing them to access the space whenever needed.
Is there a private booth for calls?
The Little One is the perfect space for private phone calls or meetings during the day. Find out more about the little one here.
Can I receive mail and packages?
Yes, with our Business Address service you can have your post delivered to the building. Reception will store it safely and notify you for collection.
Do you have printing and scanning facilities?
Yes. We have an A3 printer and scanner that all members are able to access with a software installed on their laptop.
It is charged at 5p – A4 15p – A3 per page
Do i have to sign a long-term lease?
No, our memberships work on a monthly rolling agreement, so we can pause/increase/cancel whenever your situation changes!
Our Fixed Offices work on a 6 month agreement, rolling for as long as you need our space.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Flexible access to the workspace with the door app, unlimited tea and coffee, half price meeting room hire, Members Whatsapp group
