What is your name and what is the name of your business/where do you work?

Josh,ย  I work for Hamish, who doesn’t? More specifically for pixl-latr. It’s a solution for digitising your photographic film.

How long have you been a member of The Kiln?

Since July 2020 – I’d love to see the Kiln pre covid, not that it hasn’t been fun but I’m looking forward to all the activities that can take place again once safe to do so.

What drew you to The Kiln and made you want to become a member?

Working together in a coworking space inspires me to be more productive, it’s always great to see people bouncing ideas off each other, everyone is always willing to help.

How would people describe you best?

I’m not sure, always happy for a natter? If I’m not hanging around in the front room I’m probably processing film downstairs.ย

What is your favourite thing about working at The Kiln?

There’s a lot of things but honestly the WiFi? Never had faster, more stable internet anywhere and it’s a sigh of relief when you’ve got work to do you know you won’t be impeded by slow or inconsistent internet speeds.

How would you describe The Kiln in 10 words?

The hippest place to work in Worcester, without a doubt!

Where is your favourite place to grab mid-work lunch?

Neighbourhood Deli of course. They’ve just started doing more sandwiches and my wallet is hurting from how much I like them!

What is your go-to drink whilst youโ€™re at work?

A latte from the coffee machine, maybe a hot choccy. Depends how I’m feeling.

What would you say to anyone who is unsure whether The Kiln is for them?

Give it a go, even just to pop in for one trial session you’ll see why others like it so much. There’s a strong bond of community within the Kiln that keeps us coming back ๐Ÿ™‚
