At The Kiln, we believe that workspaces should be welcoming, flexible, and inclusive — which is why we’re proud to host our Monthly Neurodiverse Coworking Club free of charge.

These sessions are designed to support neurodivergent individuals — including those who are autistic, ADHDers, dyslexic, or have other neurodivergent experiences — by offering a calm, supportive environment that understands and embraces different working styles.

What to Expect

Our Neurodiverse Coworking Club is held once a month and offers:

  • Low-stimulation workspaces with soft lighting and minimal background noise

  • Flexible seating arrangements and quiet zones

  • No-pressure networking — chat if you want to, or just enjoy working alongside others

  • Optional structure: you can follow a gentle Pomodoro-style work rhythm, or work in your own flow

  • Sensory-friendly refreshments available throughout the day

We know that traditional office spaces can be challenging for neurodivergent people, whether it’s due to sensory overload, social pressures, or rigid routines. These sessions are about changing that — providing a safe, empowering space where you can be yourself and get things done on your own terms.

Who Can Join?

You don’t need a diagnosis to attend — if you feel like this kind of environment would suit you, you’re welcome. Whether you’re a freelancer, student, entrepreneur, remote worker, or just need a focus-friendly place for the day, our doors are open.

Why We Do It

We know that neurodiversity is a strength, and we’re committed to making coworking more accessible for everyone. These sessions aren’t just about productivity — they’re about building community, reducing isolation, and celebrating different ways of thinking, creating, and working.
